1. Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to stock availability and prior sale at the time of order confirmation.
Prices are quoted in USD or INR as indicated. Unless stated otherwise, prices are EXW New Delhi and exclude freight, insurance, duties and taxes at destination.
Part numbers, condition, certification and lead time stated on the quotation form part of the offer. Any variation must be confirmed in writing before dispatch.
2. Orders & acceptance
An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing or online against a valid quotation reference.
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the part number, condition and documentation requirement stated on the order are correct for the intended application and aircraft effectivity.
3. Payment
Payment terms are as stated on the quotation — normally 100% advance for new customers. Credit terms, where agreed, are subject to a separate written agreement.
Payments are made to the bank account printed on the quotation or invoice. Bank charges outside India are for the buyer's account.
Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
4. Taxes
Supplies delivered within India carry GST at the rate applicable to the product's HSN classification.
Export supplies are treated as zero-rated supplies under GST and are made under Letter of Undertaking (LUT) without payment of IGST, subject to applicable export conditions and documentation.
5. Documentation
Documentation such as Certificate of Conformity, manufacturer's certificate, test certificate, FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, Certificate of Analysis, MSDS/SDS and traceability is supplied where applicable and available, depending on the product, manufacturer and source.
All documentation requirements must be confirmed at the quotation and purchase order stage.
6. Delivery
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure or supplier default.
Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier unless agreed otherwise in the applicable Incoterms.
7. Liability
Our liability in respect of any claim is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied.
We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, downtime, profit or revenue.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
