Our story — from a New Delhi start-up to a global aviation supplier
GLOBAL AIRPARTS AND LUBRICANTS was registered as a partnership in Delhi on 25 November 2024 to do one thing properly: source aircraft spare parts, aviation consumables and lubricants, and supply them with the documentation and honesty the aviation industry expects. What follows is what has actually happened since, and how the business is organised today.
How it started
November 2024
The business is registered in Delhi
Registered as a partnership under GSTIN 07ABCFG0698R1ZP for import, export, wholesale, retail and supply services, with PAN issued on 14 November 2024. The first enquiries were worked from the New Delhi office within weeks of registration.
November 2024
ISO 9001:2015 certification of compliance
Certificate GACB854720241119 issued on 19 November 2024 by Accredium Certifications, covering the supply of aircraft parts, ground support equipment, consumables and lubricants.
December 2024
ISO 9001:2015 certificate of registration
Certificate 305024120549Q issued on 5 December 2024 with surveillance audits scheduled through to 2027 — the quality system that governs how enquiries, orders, certification and shipments are handled.

Supplier network and export capability
An international supplier network was built up across spare parts, consumables and lubricants, and the LUT was filed so exports move as zero-rated supplies. Domestic supply is invoiced with GST and HSN codes on every line.

ASA membership
Admitted as a Regular Member of the Aviation Suppliers Association (reference 21515-25154), the global body for aviation parts distributors, valid to 1 June 2027.

Corporate office and online catalogue
The corporate office at Shahabad Mohamadpur, New Delhi houses sales, AOG, procurement, accounts and technical desks. The online catalogue went live with part-number search, RFQ-to-quotation workflow, order tracking and a 24/7 AOG desk.
