Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL and international air-freight carriers, from small urgent packages to heavy cargo.
Dangerous goods, including lubricants and chemicals, are packed and shipped in accordance with IATA DGR requirements.
Export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill and DGR paperwork where applicable — is provided with each shipment.
Carrier and AWB details are emailed on dispatch and can be followed on our Track Shipment page.
Inspection & shortages
Please inspect all shipments on receipt. Any shortage, damage or discrepancy must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the packing and part markings.
Returns
Returns are accepted only against a written Return Material Authorisation (RMA) issued by us.
Material must be unused, in original OEM packaging, with all documentation and identification tags intact.
Special-order, non-stock, hazardous, opened lubricant and chemical items, and short shelf-life clearance items sold under Special Offer are not returnable.
Approved returns not caused by our error may attract a restocking charge. Return freight is for the buyer's account unless the return arises from our error.
Warranty
Material is supplied with the warranty and certification of the manufacturer or source, as stated on the quotation.
Warranty claims must be supported by the part number, batch/serial number, invoice reference and a description of the defect, and are settled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Shelf life
For lubricants, chemicals and consumables, the manufacturing and expiry dates are confirmed at quotation. Items listed under Special Offer have a limited remaining shelf life, which is clearly displayed and accepted by the buyer at the time of order.
